Good bed, clean bathroom and a refrigerator, coffee/tea makers, and a writing desk in the room. The location handy and favourable on the second stop.

The hotel is spotless and nestled in a historic style building with a great location. They have an EXCELLENT restaurant for dinner, that was a definite bonus.

Decent personnel, beautifully maintained and good-sized rooms with coffee and a big closet which, for instance.

very helpful and competent staff, they know their business. the food is outstanding and the breakfast was very good.

Great Location, Delicious Restaurant, and Friendly Service

Although there were a few drawbacks, such as the dated rooms and lack of noise insulation, the overall experience was positive. The restaurant's breakfast was amazing, offering a wide variety of food options that were both tasty and satisfying.

The staff was very nice, the house keeping was very good, resturant was great and accommodated a small family gathering, location was close to bus line and subway.

Requested an non-smoking room but it was not, internet was not very reliable, would like to have more English speaking channels for the tv, and the phone in our room did not work.

Class 3 accommodation was clean and comfortable so assume main hotel was even better..Bathroom extremely good - masses of hot water - enormous bath (first in which I could lie down full length and good depth as well). Only had one meal in hotel but was excellent also very good buffet breakfast which was included in the price.

A bit difficult to get to the class 3 accommodation which was acroos a very busy road and meant a bit of a walk to the nearest crossing point.

I thoroughly enjoyed the room with a big wardrobe, the bed was comfortable. The breakfast was satisfactory, such variety, with different rolls, boiled eggs plus sausages. The staff was competent and professional, they blew my mind...

I recently had the pleasure of staying at a charming hotel in the northern outskirts of a bustling German city. This hotel offered exceptional value for money, with affordable prices and a high level of attention to detail. The location was perfect, allowing easy access to various attractions like the zoo, airport, and even IKEA. The staff, although English was not their first language, were friendly and accommodating. The basic amenities in the room were sufficient, and the comfortable beds with a big wardrobe made me feel right at home. The highlight of my stay was the delicious breakfast included, providing a great start to each day.

All was absolutely fine and there was no room for improvement.

Decent room standard. A room with a shower, comfortable beds, minibar, tv, nothing extra, but ok value for money. Good parking possibilities. Friendly staff in the reception. Breakfast was ok, not so much to choose from when you are a vegetarian.

A bit noisy traffic from the road next to the hotel, especially early morning. Very warm room and no air condition.

I thought the hotel excellent value for money. The staff were friendly and helpful and welcoming from my journey from London. Although on a main road, it was not that busy at night and I had a room at the side of the hotel which was quiet. Very good breakfast; so many hotels just do a continental breakfast, but a cooked breakfast was available for no extra charge and there was plenty of choice. Very good bread. For a city break, I feel it would be hard to beat for the money. The station is only five minutes away on the bus (buses run frequently) and then it is another 25 minutes to the centre of the city by train. You can go all the way by bus, but this takes longer. I will definitely return.

Although the room was generally clean and the quality of laundry excellent, there was a nasty large stain on the carpet. The carpet looked old and tired and needed replacing. The room could also have benefitted from being aired a little more before I arrived in the evening. It smelt a little musty. However, I feel these are small points compared with all that is good about the hotel.

This hotel in the northern outskirts of Hamburg is a great find! The location is perfect for travelers using the nearby motorway, making it convenient for those on a road trip. The rooms are clean and well-furnished, with comfortable beds and spacious wardrobes. Even better, the breakfast is included, providing a delicious start to the day. I also appreciated the attention to detail, such as the availability of Wi-Fi and a minibar in the rooms. Additionally, the staff was friendly and provided excellent service, even accommodating late check-ins.

All was perfect, nothing to complain about.

I really didn't like anything about the hotel. The room was in another house which meant you had to cross a very busy 4 lane road to either get to and from the hotel itself. The mini bar was empty, the bathroom was miniscule, the tv was not visibile from the bed and the mattress was hard.

Good breakfast and value of money.

The hotel has different buildings. I didn't like Internet connections only in public area in the main bulding.
